Journey Beyond Travel does not guarantee retention of User content for any amount of specified days.

Warranties and Representations:
User warrants and covenants to Journey Beyond Travel that: (a) the content or its use shall not violate, misappropriate or infringe any Proprietary Rights or any other personal, privacy or moral right arising under the laws of any jurisdiction of any person or entity, nor shall constitute a libel or defamation of any person or entity; (b) the content will not contain any harmful components, including, but not limited to, viruses, trap doors, hidden sequences, hot keys, or time bombs; (c) User has all right, power and authority necessary to enter into this Agreement and use the Content as described herein; and (d) shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations (including, but not limited to, export control, decency, privacy and intellectual property laws).

Disclaimer:
Journey Beyond Travel exercises no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, third-party content of the information passing through our System, network hubs and points of presence, or the Internet.

Limitation of Liability:
Journey Beyond Travel shall have no liability for any consequential, exemplary, special, incidental or punitive damages even if we have been advised that there is a possibility of such damages.

Indemnification:
User will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Journey Beyond Travel and all employees, officers, managers and agents of Journey Beyond Travel and any of its affiliates from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, demands or proceedings (whether threatened, asserted, or filed) and all related damages, losses, liabilities, cost and expenses.

General Provisions:
Force Majeur: Journey Beyond Travel shall be excused from performance hereunder to the extent that performance is prevented, delayed or obstructed by causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of Nature (fire, storm, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons, lava spills and the like), civil disturbances, disruption of telecommunications, power or other essential services, or interruption or termination of service by the service provider being used by Journey Beyond Travel to link its servers to the Internet, or any malicious or unlawful acts of any third party.

Journey Beyond Travel reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this Policy or misuse of Journey Beyond Travel's Systems. Without limitation, Journey Beyond Travel also reserves the right to report any activity (including the disclosure of appropriate subscriber information) that it suspects violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Journey Beyond Travel also may cooperate with appropriate law enforcement agencies to assist in the investigation and prosecution of any illegal conduct.

Age & Privacy:
Please get a parent’s or guardian’s permission before subscribing or taking part in any of Journey Beyond Travel's website features or discussions if you are under the age of sixteen (16).
Never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example, telephone number, home address or email address).

Posting or Publishing:
Contributions must be civil and tasteful.
No disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.

No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.

No spamming or off-topic material: we don’t allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times. Please don't re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.

No advertising. No impersonation. No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names.
You may not refer to specific URLs (website addresses). If you know of a worthy website relevant to the discussion topic, please inform the web host. Deliberate misuse of the complaints facility is not permitted.
