How We Work
At Journey Beyond Travel: World Collection, we specialize in crafted, private journeys that are carefully tailored to each traveler. As a boutique travel company, we work closely with a limited number of clients to provide exceptional service and deep destination knowledge.
All of our experiences are designed around hand-selected routes, guides, and stays, including architecturally authentic accommodations that reflect the culture, character, and charm of each destination. Every trip we design is unique — built from the ground up based on your personal travel style, timeline, and interests.
If you’re planning to travel at least six months from now (four months minimum) and intend to spend eight days or more in-country, we welcome you to reach out using the form below. If you’re a return traveler or were referred by someone in our travel community, please be sure to let us know — we truly value those connections.
What to Expect
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a series of informational emails that explain our process and what you can expect when working with us. These emails are designed to help you start planning with clarity. If you’d prefer not to receive these automated updates, simply indicate that in your message.
As a small, expert-led team, we aim to send a personalized response within two weeks of your initial message.
Next Steps
If your vision and travel goals align with our expertise and availability, we’ll schedule a time to begin crafting your personalized itinerary. At that point, we’ll also provide details on our nonrefundable Itinerary Design Deposit — a $400 fee per trip (not per traveler), applied toward your final payment should you decide to book with us. This deposit ensures we can dedicate the time and care needed to create a journey worthy of our World Collection.
For Industry Professionals
While we are not currently seeking new travel agent partnerships, we welcome outreach from outbound tour operatorswho curate small-group or FIT adventures ten months or more in advance.
