Day 1: Arrival in Zagreb
Welcome to Croatia’s capital! Walk through the cobbled streets of the Upper Town, visit St. Mark’s Church, and take in views from Lotršcak Tower.
Grab coffee at Tkalciceva Street and enjoy dinner at a local konoba—try štrukli or grilled meats.
Optional: Visit the quirky Museum of Broken Relationships or stroll through the Art Pavilion in Zrinjevac Park.
Day 2: Explore Zagreb
Breakfast, Private guided visit
Visit the colorful Dolac Market for local produce, cheeses, and crafts. Tour the Zagreb Cathedral and ride the funicular again to explore street art in the Lower Town.
In the afternoon, relax in Maksimir Park or visit the Museum of Contemporary Art. Wrap the day with wine and small plates at a cozy bistro.
Day 3: Zagreb to Plitvice Lakes
Breakfast, Transport (2 hrs)
Head to Plitvice Lakes National Park, Croatia’s UNESCO-listed natural wonder. Hike along wooden boardwalks above turquoise waters, past waterfalls and lush forests.

Day 4: Plitvice to Zadar
Breakfast, Scenic drive (1.5 hrs)
Drive to the Adriatic coast and arrive in Zadar, known for its Roman ruins and modern Sea Organ. Walk the historic peninsula and listen to the wave-powered musical installation.
Catch the sunset while the solar-powered “Greeting to the Sun” art piece lights up.
Dinner: Try black risotto or grilled calamari along the promenade.
Day 5: Zadar to Šibenik with Krka Waterfalls
Breakfast, Day trip with private guide (1 hr)
Make a detour to Krka National Park—take a boat to Skradinski Buk and swim near waterfalls.
Continue to Šibenik, a medieval town with narrow alleys and the UNESCO-listed St. James Cathedral.
Overnight in Šibenik’s old town or along the marina.
Day 6: Šibenik to Split via Trogir
Breakfast, Transport (1.5 hrs)
Stop in Trogir, a beautiful stone town on a tiny island, perfect for a relaxed stroll.
Arrive in Split, Croatia’s second city. Explore Diocletian’s Palace, where Roman ruins merge with modern cafes and shops.
Dinner in the palace’s basement cellars or along the Riva promenade.
Day 7: Explore Split
Breakfast, Private guided tour
Climb the Bell Tower of St. Domnius, explore the markets, and relax on Bacvice Beach.
Optional: Hike or bike through Marjan Hill for sunset views.
Evening wine and seafood tasting in a local konoba.
Day 8: Ferry to Hvar Island
Breakfast, Ferry (1.5 hrs)
Arrive in Hvar Town, a chic island with Venetian charm, vibrant nightlife, and lavender fields.
Relax on Pokonji Dol Beach, explore the Spanish Fortress, and enjoy cocktails by the harbor.
Dinner in a traditional konoba in the hills or seafood on the waterfront.
Day 9: Explore Hvar or Pakleni Islands
Breakfast, Boat tour optional
Take a boat to the Pakleni Islands for swimming, snorkeling, and secret coves.
Alternative: Explore Hvar’s inland villages and vineyards on a wine-tasting tour.
Don’t miss Gregada—a traditional fish stew with potatoes.
Day 10: Hvar to Korcula Island
Breakfast, Ferry (2 hrs)
Take the ferry to Korcula, a walled town often called “Little Dubrovnik.”
Wander its narrow, sword-shaped streets, visit Marco Polo’s House, and sip white Grk wine grown locally.
Stay in a boutique hotel or vineyard estate outside town.
Day 11: Explore Korcula
Breakfast, Local experience
Bike around vineyards or olive groves, kayak along the coast, or join a cooking class with locals.
Evening: Watch a Moreska sword dance performance, unique to the island.
Day 12: Korcula to Dubrovnik
Breakfast, Ferry or Car (2.5 hrs)
Arrive in Dubrovnik, the “Pearl of the Adriatic.” Check in and take your first walk along the old city walls.
Dinner in the Old Town with a view of the harbor. Try octopus salad or peka (slow-cooked meat/seafood).
Day 13: Explore Dubrovnik
Breakfast, Private guided tour
Visit the Rector’s Palace, Franciscan Monastery, and ride the cable car to Mount Srd for panoramic views.
Optional: Take a kayaking tour around the city walls or day trip to Lokrum Island.
Day 14: Optional: Day Trip to Montenegro or Pelješac
Breakfast, Excursion
Choose between:
- Kotor & Perast, Montenegro: Explore beautiful bays and medieval towns.
- Pelješac Peninsula: Croatia’s top wine region, with oyster farms and sweeping coastal roads.
Day 15: Leisure in Dubrovnik or Island Hop
Relax on Banje Beach, sip coffee on Stradun, or revisit your favorite spots.
Optional: Ferry to Mljet National Park—with saltwater lakes, monasteries, and nature trails.
Day 16: Return to Zagreb (Flight or Scenic Drive)
If you’re flying out of Zagreb, fly or enjoy a scenic return via the coast with a stop in Rastoke or Samobor.
Day 17: Extra Day in Istria (Optional Add-on)
Start from Zagreb and visit Rovinj, Pula, or Motovun—Croatia’s truffle, olive oil, and wine paradise.
Think rolling hills, Venetian architecture, and coastal sunsets.
Day 18: Departure from Croatia
Grab one last espresso and enjoy a final stroll before your flight home.
